As long as they make it a toggle feature where the player can choose if they want it on or not it will be fine. If the player turns it off then all other players transmogs would be disabled (on their screen).

WebWith all of that being said, the sorceress receives more mana for each point of energy invested in comparison to the life a sorceress receives from each point of vitality.. by going energy shield the sorceress is essentially creating a larger life pool for her self. I personally like to go partial with 20 points into telekinesis.
