WebAs far as for how many days of the week, your body is going to be the determining factor on how many days you can handle. 3 days per work is a good base-line, you can always do active recovery days outside of the gym with stretching, walking, jogging, etc to supplement your workouts. Trying to do too much to early is a great way to injure oneself.
