WebEvery 2-3 months ish I'll experience eye drooping & watering, headache behind the eye (although sometimes, none or barely any pain) and a runny nostril all on my left hand side each time. From what I've seen online this is all the symptoms of a cluster headache but I definitely don't experience the pain of a cluster headache (thankfully).
